A New Home for Cardiology
Our firm provided construction management services for the Capital Health Systems. A cardiology practice associated with Capital Health was in need of new medical office space. We renovated a former private residence, which required the demolition of the existing HVAC, plumbing systems and non-structural walls, as well as the windows and a detached single-story office.
The scope required us to install a new HVAC system, electrical systems as required, new bathrooms, offices, multiple treatment rooms, a file storage space and a new roof. Structural upgrades required additional support walls be constructed to handle additional equipment weight in the treatment rooms and the file storage room. The project was completed on time and within budget
