In addition, Structure Tone has provided construction management services for other projects of varying size, scope and schedule ranging from new office fit-outs to minor Day-2 renovations.
Hong Kong Expansion
For their new Hong Kong facility, Fidelity selected our firm to meet its construction management needs. The work consisted of a 23,000sf office fit-out on three floors of the recently renovated Nexxus Building. The project encompassed open office areas, meeting rooms, reception area, kitchen areas and copy rooms. Perimeter manager offices featured custom glazed demountable partitions. Part of the project included a server room, consisting of two CRAC units and 12 server cabinets, that was successfully handed over to the client to start testing and commissioning in nine weeks. One of the most unique features of the project was converting a toilet room into a shower room. Overall completion was achieved in 12 weeks per the client’s schedule.
