Intelligent Construction

An international intellectual property law firm, Fitzpatrick Cella depended on Structure Tone’s expert construction management services for its new 130,000sf space at 1290 Avenue of the Americas. This fast-track project was constructed in under six months with construction taking place on all five floors simultaneously. An average of 200 laborers were on site daily. Our veteran construction team ensured that all elements of the project worked together in a smart way.

In addition to attorney offices and custom workstations, we constructed a multi-purpose training room and 25,000sf conference center with upgraded technology and video-conferencing accented by extensive glass and millwork details.

Structural Steel and Glass

Steel was a major component of the project. The firm’s library and file storage required additional floor slab reinforcement on all floors. In addition to the floor’s structural component, we constructed two interconnecting stairs—one with a glass handrail. We coordinated the steel and glass into the project seamlessly by thorough pre-planning and careful scheduling.
