is all About the Finishes
Structure Tone completed the 6,500sf interior fit-out of the Gucci’s new luxury retail store located at Northpark Center, one of the top attractions in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The project consisted of the installation of high-end finishes throughout including:
- a full masonry wall
- black granite flooring complimented with Italian carpet
- unique custom gold sheet metal panels with Gucci’s logo cut-out
- gray frost glass panels and metal steel ridged walls
The 1,000sf back room included sliding shelves for merchandise storage, steel lockers and a kitchenette. Security cameras, fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems were also installed.
Coordinating Materials
from Around the World
The Structure Tone team built the space in a short four-months and not only coordinated procurement of all millwork, lighting and display fixtures, which were fabricated in Italy, but also coordinated and scheduled Gucci’s Italian subcontractors for their installation. Glass panel doors located at the front and back entrances with metal fins were fabricated in Germany, final prepped and assembled in Seattle and finally shipped to Dallas for installation to achieve the look Gucci desired. Our staff also worked closely with the New York based design team, maintaining constant communication to ensure their vision for the store.
