In-Patient Floor Renovation

Over a 10-month period, on a phased schedule, Structure Tone renovated the patient rooms and public areas on the in-patient floor. Our attention to infection control and safety was noted by the client immediately, which facilitated additional scopes of work.

Based on patient vacancies, selected rooms were taken “offline” and completely remodeled including the bathrooms. In total 20 rooms were updated. The scope of work for both the rooms and public space included complete replacement of ceramic tile finishes, doors and millwork; as well as new floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout. The MEP renovations included replacement of all HVAC ceiling grilles, over-bed lights, sprinkler heads, and plumbing fixtures.
