For the past 20 years, Structure Tone has been providing expert construction services for Patterson Belknap. We have performed everything from simple carpet replacement to construction of new offices and conference centers. They have relied on our expertise working within occupied, operational offices and our sensitivity to the attorney’s work. During such projects the Structure Tone team was in constant communication with the staff to be sure that the construction would not interfere with Patterson’s work and was completed safely.
Phasing Expansion
Our most recent project for Patterson is a three-phase project on multiple floors. Growing, the firm needed to expand to part of the 23rd floor and shift departmental spaces to adapt. The scope of work includes architectural upgrades to carpet, paint and lighting on the 15th and 22nd floors and a conference room conversion on the 21st floor. The northwest portion of the 23rd floor was completely demolished and rebuilt with 11 new attorney offices, conference room, two workstations and secretarial stations.
