Like Sheppard Mullin, Structure Tone mirrored their principles with the cost-conscious, fast-track and high quality fit-out for Sheppard Mullin at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. This floor and a half project, spanning 55,000sf, included a conference center, attorney offices, café, breakout areas and a feature stair. The entire project was constructed in 12-weeks to accommodate their ambitious move in date. The team worked closely with the building management to coordinate construction activities.
Quality Finishes Throughout
The entire project features high-quality finishes and details. The reception area features back painted glass walls with stainless steel details and a custom, U-shaped reception desk. The reception area has terrazzo flooring and the monumental stair features pre-cast terrazzo panels to match the flooring. Elements of the space include wood paneled walls, glass office fronts and light fixtures from around the world.
