International Construction Program
Our firm has managed over $95M worth of projects for Wells Fargo/Wachovia throughout 24 US states, UK and Asia. Our 10-year partnership has resulted in 150 projects totaling 1.5M sf worldwide. Structure Tone provides a full range of services to Wells Fargo/Wachovia encompassing all preconstruction, construction and commissioning/closeout activities. Our construction management experience includes a wide variety of projects ranging from a 20,000sf renovation to a $10 million trading floor and includes rollout/merger projects worldwide.
Work in Asia
Our Hong Kong office completed a 35,00sf trading floor in downtown Hong Kong. We also fit-out 65,000sf over three floors for its administration facilities. Ancillary projects were performed in both London and Hong Kong after the success of the trading floors. Again, we helped Wachovia meet their space needs for their rapid expansion into these regions. Since that time we have managed work in Shanghai, Taipei and Dublin.
