Nick Dwyer Joins Structure Tone Southwest Director, Business Development

Nicholas (Nick) Dwyer, LEED GA has joined the Houston office of Structure Tone Southwest (STSW) as director of business development. He will lead new business pursuits and client development for STSW in the Houston/greater gulf region.

In 2014 STSW is celebrating its 25th anniversary in Houston. The Houston team provides ground-up and interior construction services to a broad range of clients, including those in the corporate commercial, mission critical, life sciences, higher education and healthcare markets. The office also possesses a significant portfolio of work for energy business clients.

“Houston is one of the strongest, on-the-upturn markets in the US,” said Dwyer. “I could not be joining Structure Tone Southwest at a better time. An office with a quarter century local history, a booming market and my own 10-plus years experience in the A/E/C industry here. I am incredibly excited to join Chris Talley and the rest of the great team at STSW Houston and know that we are on the precipice of an unprecedented time in Houston.”

Dwyer joins STSW from Anslow Bryant Construction where he was director of client development. Prior to Anslow, Nick was a sales manager with Jacobs Engineering and an account manager with Clear Channel Communications.

“Nick is a very dynamic addition to our Houston team,” said Chris Talley, regional vice president. “He is going to be integral to our growth. I expect great things in the future from him and for our overall position in the Houston market.”

Nick Dwyer is a graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock. He is very active with local chapters of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP). Nick is also a coach with the Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association (SBMSA).
