Structure Tone Appoints Three Independent Directors to Board

Structure Tone today announced the appointment of three new independent directors—Jack Donnelly, John Farrell and Robert Selsam—to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. These appointments expand the Board to 10 directors.


“These appointments, with more than 100 years of leadership and industry experience, will add valuable independent perspective to our Board of Directors,” said Jim Donaghy, Executive Chairman.  “We appreciate their willingness to serve as a director and look forward to benefiting from their judgment and counsel.”  The expansion of Structure Tone’s Board of Directors will help ensure the private company continues to be the provider of choice to clients with the industry’s highest quality and ethical standards.


Jack Donnelly has more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry.  Mr. Donnelly started his career with L.F. Driscoll as Vice President of Estimating and worked his way through the company to CEO, which he held for the last 20 years. Under Mr. Donnelly’s leadership L.F. Driscoll expanded to be the industry leader and construction manager of choice in the Delaware Valley region. Mr. Donnelly retired from L.F. Driscoll in September 2014 after 35 years. He is an active member of several organizations that serve communities including serving on the boards of Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and Moore College of Art to name a few.


John Farrell is a former Director of Human Resources of JPMorgan Chase and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.  Mr. Farrell joined The Chase Manhattan Bank in 1975 and has held various human resource positions in Corporate Human Resources, Global Banking and Operations and Systems.  As Director of Human Resources, he has managed the organizational aspects of three major mergers, including Chase Manhattan and Chemical Bank, Chase Manhattan and JPMorgan and the 2004 merger of JPMorgan Chase and Bank One.  Mr. Farrell is a trustee and board member of both the New York Inner-City Scholarship Fund, Inc. and Catholic Charities of the diocese Brooklyn/Queens. Formerly, he was a member of the Corporate Board of The University of Michigan School of Business Administration.


Robert Selsam is a trained city planner with nearly 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate at Boston Properties (BP). For the past 25 years he managed the New York Region for the company.  Now retired from BP, Mr. Selsam serves on the boards of two privately held companies and the non-profit Phipps Houses, where he chairs the Executive Committee.  Previously, Mr. Selsam was the Director of Planning at New York State Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and held various planning positions during the Lindsay, Beame and Koch administrations.
