Structure Tone UK wins Gold at the RoSPA Awards 2016
Structure Tone is among the winners of the prestigious 2016 Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Occupational Health and Safety Gold Medal having secured their seventh annual Gold Award in a row.
The RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards are internationally recognised and have fast become the most sought after accolade by organisations from every sector. Through the scheme, which is open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes from across the UK and overseas, judges consider entrants’ overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
Julia Small, RoSPA’s head of awards and events, said: “To win an award at such a highly-regarded event as the RoSPA Awards is a great achievement for our winners. It recognizes their commitment to maintaining an excellent health and safety record and raises the bar for other organisations to aspire to.”
Structure Tone’s SHEQ Executive, Roy Somerfield, said: “Safety is a core value at Structure Tone and we are never complacent. We strive for continuous improvement and are delighted that we have been recognised for the hard work our project teams and trade contractors have put in to ensure safety comes first.”
