Selected for our interior construction expertise, Structure Tone Southwest partnered with Tableau to complete their new Austin office location.

Gemalto Structure Tone Southwest completed the two-phased project of the Gemalto Austin Office re-stack on the 3rd, 4th, and half of the 2nd floor in the Arboretum Plaza. The project is a multi-phased approach to downsize from an existing 60,000sf floor plan to 45,000sf while the client remains active and in occupancy. The project team worked closely with Gemalto’s staff, especially the Information Technology group, to maintain a zero impact to their critical IT systems.

Flooring Services Structure Tone Southwest was selected to complete the 187,400sf ground-up construction of FS Builder Resources’ new regional headquarters and distribution center located at the corner of Helios Way and Impact Way. We began this 15-acre, greenfield project as a partnership with the client, architect, and owner’s representative. The success of this project would have never been realized had these relationships and methods of communication not been a priority from the beginning.

Stantec When Stantec decided to relocate their Civil Engineering and Landscape Design group from the Central Business District, they looked to the new vibrant Mueller Community.

Frost Bank Tower is a 33-story, cast-in-place concrete LEED® Gold certified office building totaling 510,000sf of rentable space. The lower tower consists of 11 levels of parking structure with 22 levels of office space above.

The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum uses state-of-the-art exhibits and media to immerse visitors in the story of Texas. This building covers a whole city block and is within sight of the Texas State Capitol. It has become a “destination feature” of the Capitol Complex in Austin. The Texas Legislature directed the State Preservation Board (SPB) to oversee the design, construction and governance of The Texas State History Museum (later named for the late House Speaker Bob Bullock).

Structure Tone Southwest completed the interior fit-out of office space for Regus, consisting of 15,570sf and 110 offices for lease with the general use of a break-room, conference room, lobby and training room. 

Structure Tone Southwest completed Fidelity’s new interior fit-out of 12,610sf Banking Investment Center encompassing new offices, conference rooms, training rooms, break-rooms and lobby. 

Structure Tone Southwest completed the interior renovation of 31,000sf for the relocation of Marsh & McLennan’s Austin call center.
