Meridian Health is a long-term client of LF Driscoll. In 2009 LF Driscoll completed a 433,400sf master plan expansion that doubled the size of their Jersey Shore University Medical Center’s campus in Neptune, New Jersey. In the fall of 2015, LF Driscoll broke ground on new construction to expand the Jersey Shore campus to the east, including HOPE Tower: a 10-story, 299,000sf medical office building, and a 9-story, 536,760sf parking garage with 1,500 spaces.

Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center East Campus Expansion

Building the next generation of oncology care for Monmouth County and New Jersey.

HOPE Tower will serve as the home of Hackensack Meridian Research Services and the health system’s medical education programs. The medical office building will house a dedicated Hackensack Meridian Cancer Care center, outpatient imaging services, a clinical academic center, and an innovative simulation laboratory.

The new Cancer Center will provide comprehensive treatment options including surgical specialties, medical oncology, advanced radiation therapy and minimally invasive interventional therapies. It will include two linear accelerators, a CT scanner, 2 nuclear medicine rooms, and other radiology areas. The Center is designed for Jersey Shore’s multi-disciplinary team of specialists who deliver coordinated and compassionate care treating a range of oncological conditions.
