Confidential Technology Client Structure Tone New Hampshire completed a two phase, interior and exterior renovation project for this technology company located in Amherst, NH.
Seven Rockingham Road Structure Tone worked with the Berni family to develop and construct a 6,545sf, two-story office building to accommodate an office environment. The building includes men and women’s bathrooms on each floor and an elevator to service the second floor. The team built out 3,100sf on the first floor and 3,345sf on the second floor. The building is a structural steel shell with metal stud framing, plywood, and Hardie Plank siding and trim for the exterior walls.
Most building repositioning projects involving gutting an older building and starting fresh with modern infrastructure and interiors. But at Hudson Commons, Cove Property Group thought—quite literally—outside of the box. In addition to modernizing the former 9-story, “Class B” EmblemHealth building, the team of Cove, Kohn Pedersen Fox, WSP, and Pavarini McGovern built another 18 stories above it, creating a modern, “Class A” commercial office building with the abundant lighting, high ceilings, outdoor terrace spaces and other amenities that appeal to today’s tenants.
Silicon Valley Bank California-based Silicon Valley Bank wanted a breakout office in New York City that showcases the company’s unique collaborative model. The office at 387 Park Avenue South is double the footprint of their previous space and provides a high-end “hub” for employees and investors. Structure Tone managed this expansion on an aggressive 12-week schedule so that SVB could be operational as quickly as possible.
DraftKings With the move to a new headquarters in Boston’s Back Bay, DraftKings—creator of leading fantasy sports and sports betting products—signals its commitment to growth and to Boston. The single-floor site, which united two floor plates to create over 100,000sf of office space, is designed to house the company’s growing, Boston-based staff of nearly 800.
American Water Headquarters When American Water, one of the nation’s largest publicly traded utilities, was looking to consolidate all their operations under one roof, a site on the Camden, NJ waterfront provided the perfect opportunity. Completing this striking new facility required a level of coordination and dexterity among the team to implement the project successfully.
Gemalto Structure Tone Southwest completed the two-phased project of the Gemalto Austin Office re-stack on the 3rd, 4th, and half of the 2nd floor in the Arboretum Plaza. The project is a multi-phased approach to downsize from an existing 60,000sf floor plan to 45,000sf while the client remains active and in occupancy. The project team worked closely with Gemalto’s staff, especially the Information Technology group, to maintain a zero impact to their critical IT systems.
Flooring Services Structure Tone Southwest was selected to complete the 187,400sf ground-up construction of FS Builder Resources’ new regional headquarters and distribution center located at the corner of Helios Way and Impact Way. We began this 15-acre, greenfield project as a partnership with the client, architect, and owner’s representative. The success of this project would have never been realized had these relationships and methods of communication not been a priority from the beginning.
