Structure Tone US Promotes Seven Leaders to New Executive Positions

New York, NY (April 9, 2021) – Structure Tone has promoted several leaders across multiple US locations to Vice President positions.

Structure Tone New Jersey:

Mick Healy has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for Structure Tone New Jersey. With over 30 years of experience, Mick has become a hands-on leader, valued partner, and fixture within the northern New Jersey commercial real estate community. He has successfully managed projects of all sizes while ensuring the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and client service never wavers. Mick has worked with several of Structure Tone’s long-term clients and has proven himself to be an integral member of the New Jersey team.

 

Structure Tone Boston:

Mark Fiorino has been named Vice President of Operations. Mark has been a part of the Structure Tone organization for 20 years, with 6 of those years as director of operations, overseeing Structure Tone Boston’s team of over 70 project managers, superintendents, and rotational project engineers. He also spearheads the recruiting, hiring, orientation, mentoring, career path development, and retention efforts for the office. Mark has not only been integral in collaborating across the company’s offices and business units, he’s also participated in companywide initiatives to help our organization continue to improve how we train, lead, and inspire our employees.

 

Jeff Hart is now Vice President of Estimating. Jeff began his career in 1994 at Structure Tone New York but later returned to Massachusetts and joined the Boston office in 2003. Over the past 12 years, he has led the estimating team with developing and managing project budgets and costs for high-profile projects. As vice president, Jeff will continue to manage the estimating department while serving as a key member of the leadership team.

 

 

Michael Simonelli has been promoted to Structure Tone Boston’s Vice President of Account Executives & Preconstruction. Michael’s career with the Structure Tone organization has stretched over 25 years, with experience in nearly every construction role the company offers. He has served as a superintendent and estimator before taking on leading Boston’s account executive team in 2011. Michael’s vast experience and dedication have helped the company continue developing and maintaining client relationships from preconstruction through project completion. Michael will now oversee all preconstruction phases as well as continue as the department head for Boston’s account executives.

 

Structure Tone Philadelphia:

Luke Thomas has been named Vice President of Operations for Structure Tone Philadelphia. Since joining the company in 2012, Luke has managed Philadelphia’s operations group, helping the company grow immensely. With 20 years of construction experience, Luke has guided the group through some of the team’s most significant projects, and his leadership will continue to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

 

 

Structure Tone Southwest:

Scott Rugen is now Vice President of Mission Critical Services for Structure Tone Southwest. Scott is responsible for ultimate operations, technical design, and financial responsibility for mission critical projects throughout the Southwest. His 25-year career in the construction industry has helped Structure Tone develop its work not only with mission critical but throughout the Structure Tone Southwest organization. Scott is a member of the Lone Star Chapter of the 7×24 Exchange and a LEED Accredited Professional.

 

Pavarini North East:

Brian Boyce has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for Pavarini North East, overseeing operations and serving as the executive-in-charge. With over 30 years of experience, Brian began his career as a superintendent for Structure Tone New York before joining Pavarini North East as a senior project manager in 2004. Since then, he has become one of the pillars of the organization, specializing in developing the company’s reputation with clients and helping lead the majority of Pavarini’s largest and most challenging projects. As VP, Brian will continue to lead Pavarini’s operations and serve as the executive-in-charge for many of their projects.
