Located on the Southbank, adjacent to the world famous Tate Modern Museum, The Blue Fin Building is one of Oxford Properties most prestigious buildings. Structure Tone has been commissioned to fit out levels 10 and 11 in readiness for new tenants and construct an impressive new external roof pod to extend the buildings already extraordinary resident catering and entertainment facilities.
The building, which sports panoramic views and won BCO Best Corporate Workplace award the year it was built, is in full occupation. Levels 10 and 11 currently feature cellularised office space, communal catering, executive meeting space and external landlord areas.
