We are women in construction and we build together

2021 Women in Construction Week March 7th – 13th

Thanks to the unstoppable women who have paved the way for change, the construction industry today is more diverse and inclusive than ever. From those who spent their careers as the only woman on site to the many women superintendents, project managers, tradeswomen, and support staff who are getting the job done every day—this week we’re celebrating you.

Join us here and on social media as we share stories from a handful of the dynamic women who help our organization build better.

STOWIC

After a successful launch three years ago, we are proud to announce that STOWIC, STO’s Women in Construction group, continues to operate with inclusion and community in mind. Thanks to the collaborative effort from both men and women, STOWIC aims to expand our organization’s perspective through gender equality, professional growth, and personal development.
