Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)

We build using the latest VDC and BIM techniques, which translates into very efficient use of design-stage resources.

Our utilization of VDC and BIM technology throughout the life of a project allows us to efficiently accomplish key design tasks:

• Envision requirements during preplanning and throughout field coordination, construction and commissioning
• Clash detection, pre-field coordination and prefabrication of selected elements before onsite work begins
• Turnover of a complete 3-D model for client continued use
