Our New York office has not only elevated our NY presence to match the high levels of quality and finish of our clients, but it also forged new territory for New York’s commercial real estate industry. In 2017, our office became the first project in New York to earn WELL Certification, based on the environmental and wellness-related conditions and benefits of the new space. When the certification was announced, IWBI’s chairman and CEO, Rick Fedrizzi, said Structure Tone “is a company that at its core deeply understands the connection between the health of people and the importance of designing and constructing spaces that enhance health and well-being.”
